Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough comprehensive dental evaluation and cleaning, if applicable. We will take the required time to properly diagnose your immediate dental concerns, 查看您过去的医疗和牙科历史, and create a treatment plan that provides for your optimal dental health.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your initial appointment:

  • Your most recent full set of xrays if applicable.
