We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. As the doctors provide many types of services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough comprehensive dental evaluation and cleaning, if applicable. We will take the required time to properly diagnose your immediate dental concerns, review your past medical and dental history, and create a treatment plan that provides for your optimal dental health.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your initial appointment:
- Your most recent full set of xrays if applicable.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- If you have dental insurance, bring your card with you. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the initial visit.
X-Rays
If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to our office. Please fill out the release form below to give to your dentist, and have them forward xrays to us at [email protected]. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
